SPIRITUALITY ATTAINED [Prepare for What's Coming]

Spirituality is a broad concept with room for many perspectives. In general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. As such, it is a universal human experience—something that touches us all.

Mysticism is the practice of religious ecstasies, together with whatever ideologies, ethics, rites, myths, legends, and magic may be related to them. It may also refer to the attainment of insight in ultimate or hidden truths, and to human transformation supported by various practices and experiences.

In our world today, everything has completely gone bad – everyone now needs a Savior. But there was once a Savior and always who was given for the remittance of our sins – he was made sin and weak for us to be righteous and strong. But we need to come to him to receive this energy. How do we do that? by falling at his feet in praises daily and leaving all that we are to him – giving him everything whom has already given us all that he has, that we might be made worthy of his promises through Jesus Christ our forever Savior.

The first of the ways to achieve spiritual enlightenment is, to be honest with yourself. For every person trying to obtain spiritual enlightenment, honesty is a baby-step in the long journey – small, yet crucial. Spiritual awakening is an experience that completely changes your perspective of how you look at things around in your environment, but before you achieve that change, you must have enough strength to be able to look at yourself with honesty and answer “what you should change.”

I realize some people have hurt you to the core of your heart, and it is nearly impossible to forgive them but think for a second, and you will understand that your not forgiving is making you think of the situation even more and is eating you from the inside. Try to forgive others and yourself for the things of the past and start living in the present to achieve peace and happiness.

After you have implemented the ways to achieve spiritual enlightenment that I have mentioned above, the next step is to embrace your fears. Never allow your fears to grip you and hold you back from doing something you always wanted to do. One of the main differences between spiritually-enlightened people and ordinary citizens is that they never let their fears control their life. It’s not that they’re not afraid of things such as risks and failures that they develop the strength to embrace the dread.

One of the most ancient and widely practiced ways to achieve spiritual enlightenment is meditation. The whole purpose of meditation is to help you get rid of external noise so that you can concentrate on your real being. Though there are different types of meditation that may or may not require physical strength, the goal of all of them is to help you achieve serenity.

For example, sitting meditation is one of the most widely-practiced forms of meditation. Sitting meditation leads you directly to the last stage of spiritual enlightenment. The focus of this type of meditation is in the sitting posture of the person instead of concentration in thoughts. You just have to sit in a particular position and keep your mind free from any ideas.

Once you become honest with yourself and kill your ego, you will find yourself very less attached to worldly things. You will find yourself in more calm and peaceful situations instead of a constant pursuit of material things. Detachment doesn’t mean leaving everything aside to live in solidarity but merely not being dependent on material things.

A lot of people find it difficult to praise God when things are going wrong, but in all sense this is actually the right and the best time to give praises to God. Because when you praise God you give out to God and you are open to receive from God – meaning that when you are suffering or passing through difficult times and still praising God, you are giving to God irrespective of the fact that you don’t even have enough and it will move God to release what is in his own hands to give you in abundance. Praises has always been the one and only source of spiritual attainment and the only gateway into the courtyard of God – use it to your advantage daily.
